Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell and the bargain prices we offer; unfortunately, returns and replacements cannot be accepted.

However, to keep our customers always happy, we may approve a return for a valid reason based on the customer’s situation and this would be on a case to case bases. In such cases:

The customer should contact us within 30 days from the order date

The items returned should be in the same condition received and not used (returned items will be checked, please see Refunds for more details)

Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs (and any other costs if applicable)

Providing the best possible quality assurance, all of the items we sell are well checked, inspected (when possible) and graded. If you feel an item you received is missing parts, has been mistakenly misrepresented or there is a bases for a warranty claim; please contact our Customer Service.     

Providing the best possible description, details and photos for each item and keeping expectations real, we strive to provide the most accurate grading and details possible for each item listed. With that, please keep in mind that the items you order from nearNew.ca can be new, open or damaged box units, damaged packing or returned units hence the greatly discounted prices. They will (most likely) not look like what you find at stores but to our customers’ advantage, they should always work just as well and we guarantee this.   

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Current publications such as newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (where provided).

We reserve the right to reject returns where, any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
